Prof. Naba Kumar Mondal has been awarded the "Rashtriya Vigyan Puraskar - Vigyan Shri", for the year 2024 in Physics

Prof. Sanjib Kumar Agarawalla, IOP Bhubaneswar, has been awarded the Swarnajayanti Fellowship 2019-20 . The award is instituted by the Dept of Science and Technology of the Government of India, for notable and outstanding research by a young scientist.
He has been awarded the IPA N.S.Satya Murthy Memorial Award 2020. His award citation read as "in recognition of his insightful research in neutrino oscillation phenomenology, exploring the measurements of neutrino mixing parameters & searches for possible signatures of physics beyond the Standard Model". The award is given by the Indian Physics Associaton (IPA)
He was awarded the B.M.Birla Science Prize for the year 2018.

Dr. B. Satyanarayana of TIFR has been awarded the Homi Bhabha Award in Science Education 2020" The award is given by the TIFR Endowment Fund.
He is one of the designers of the theme poster of the event "Vigyan Samagam". The theme poster is copyrighted in the name of Dept. of Atomic Energy of the Govt of India, with authors Mr. Arun Srivastava (DAE), Dr. B. Satyanarayana and Mr Apurba Biswas (NCSM). The theme poster depicts the synergic roles of the totally Indian mega-science project INO and of the other mega-science projects in the technology driven science quests to understand the nature of the universe from the time of the Big Bang to the present.
